The bill (Reg. No. 2339) suggests change the name of subvention from the state budget to local budgets for capital repairs of centralized water supply and sewage, by supplementing it with the following types of work: new construction and reconstruction of the objects of the abovementioned systems (in order to extend directions of subvention use). All the amendments pertain to the appendices No. 3 and No. 7 of the Law “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013”.
The Committee noted that the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and the Committee on Construction, Urban Development, Housing and Communal Services and Regional Policy uphold the bill.
In view of the abovementioned, the Committee took the decision to recommend the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopt the bill as a basis and in entirety with consideration of suggestions concerning technical and legal specifications to the text of the bill, according to the decision of the Committee.
